Our Administrative Assistant provides administrative support by performing various administrative, accounting and clerical duties requiring general knowledge of office routine and an understanding of the organization, programs and procedures related to the work in the department.

What You'll Do

• Perform accurate data entry and support accounting and related clerical functions.
• Prepare and format correspondence, memos, reports, and other business documents.
• Maintain organized filing, recordkeeping, and tracking systems to support efficient operations.
• Cross-train with team members to provide consistent administrative coverage and support.
• Answer and route incoming calls while providing professional and responsive assistance.
• Coordinate day-to-day office administration, including calendar management, invoice processing, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and ordering office supplies.
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, deliveries, and other materials.
• Provide administrative support to construction supervisors and operational teams as needed.
• Assist with maintaining accurate documentation and records related to customer and field operations.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by leadership.

What You'll Have

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years prior administration experience
