Hello we are T and D Adventrures. We install splash pads, playgrounds, and pavilions. We cover all of Tennessee and Alabama.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and the ability to perform various tasks alone or in a crew setting, as well as be able to read and understand blueprints and plans.

As a Skilled Laborer, you will be responsible for running various power tools, hand tools, laying out the sites with the foreman’s from blue prints, forming concrete, learning heavy machinery skills, and above all else ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to high standards.

Duties

• Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials as needed. (must be able to lift 80lbs repetitively!!)
• Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while on the job.
• Run various heavy equipment as needed for site prep

requirements 

• Previous experience in construction or any related job fields is a requirement. (5 year minimum.) We do offer on site training but you must learn fast and comprehend the first time.
• Ability to operate various hand tools and power tools safely.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 80 pounds).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment or by yourself and stay motivated and productive.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work Is a must!!! We do not do anything half way and we are looking for people with an eye for detail.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed and earned.
• Must be willing to travel. We cover all of Tennessee and Alabama. When the site is 2 hrs from the house we generally stay and we provide hotels or airbnbs. We also cover all meals while your out of town.
• We do work at schools and parks so you must be able to pass a background check to verify your allowed on school property

• Must be US citizen or eligible for work in the US
• Must have drivers license
• Must reliable transportation to work
• Must have steel toe work boots( after trial period boot pay is provided.)
• Must be ok working outisde in the elements

Work weeks can vary weather depending and job locations.
